This program changes system settings, usually not available for change.
1. Last Access file time frequency (not only 1 hour anymore) on NTFS. But you need to make special procedure for 64 bit systems with file signature checking, described in program.
2. Block MailRu Agent from checking file "hosts" (it seems new Agent doesn't do it anymore).
